We reserve the right to cancel any event in unforeseen circumstances with a full refund.
 

The My Haunted Project locations are not luxury hotels. They are dark, it can be cold, you will need to bring your own towels and sleeping bag. Do not expect a good nights sleep.
 

Once your booking has been confirmed there will be no refund unless the event is cancelled.
 

Our locations are covered by night-vision cameras. These will be recording the events of the night. By attending the event you agree that you waive all rights for your image to be used in the My Haunted Project branding, any of it shows/locations and in any future endeavor of My Haunted Project including the online episodes or being live streamed online.
 

Drugs or alcohol are not permitted at any of our locations. Guests believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the event without refund.
 

Whilst the team have done their utmost to keep you safe from any spirits during your stay, in the event of any adverse effects caused by this you take full responsibility of your action in attending one of our events.
 

As a genuine paranormal investigation, any guest thought to be staging or faking any events during their night at any of our locations will be asked to leave without refund.
 

Our events take place at night in old buildings that are dark and cold. In the interest of health and safety we request that all guests bring a small torch and to wear suitable footwear and warm clothing.
 

Guests attend our events at their own risk and we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or damage to personal belongings.
 

All our events operate a strict no smoking policy.
 

Due to the nature of the episodes and the number of bookings at our locations, we can not guarantee anyone will be in an episode of the show. The editors reserve the right to include or not include any part of your night.
 

By purchasing a ticket for any of our locations you hereby accept these terms and conditions and agree that the organisers are not legally liable for any claims, damages, costs, penalties, actions, demands, proceedings, any kind of legal suits, losses or expenses related to or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person(s), or damage to any property involved in the event activities or premises.
